Granular bid management by hours and days of week (peak leads — Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00–14:00). Negative keywords: 500+ phrases. Constant optimization: CPA reduction from $180 to $108 while simultaneously growing order volume 3x. Smart bidding + offline conversion import from CRM for optimization not by leads, but by closed deals.
Full technical audit and fixing 200+ errors. New architecture: service pages for each move type (47 pages), location pages for 120+ cities. Schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Review, HowTo). Content strategy: moving guides, cost calculators, checklists, 'how much does it cost to move from X to Y' — content for every funnel stage. Result: organic traffic growth from 800 to 15,000+ visits/mo in 18 months.
Integration of GA4 + CallRail + HubSpot into a unified system. Every call is recorded, AI-transcribed, linked to keyword, campaign and ad group. HubSpot: custom pipeline (New Lead → Estimate → Booked → Completed → Review), automated follow-up SMS and email (response to lead in <2 minutes), lead scoring by move size, distance and urgency. Weekly Looker Studio dashboards: CPA, ROAS, LTV by each channel and move type. Client sees real ROI for every dollar for the first time.
