Design partnership with Splat Global — one of Russia's largest FMCG holdings. Parallel support for three brands with different positioning: R.O.C.S. (premium oral care), Splat (mass market, wide distribution), BioMio (eco segment). 500+ design materials in 2+ years — from packaging and key visuals to digital campaigns, retail displays for national chains and SMM content.
Scattered freelancers for each brand. No single external partner able to switch between three different brand guidelines. Slow iterations, lost context.
Single dedicated design team for all three brands. 500+ materials: from packaging of new SKUs to performance creatives and retail displays for national chains.
R.O.C.S. — part of Splat Global group, one of Russia's largest FMCG holdings with distribution in 50+ countries. Three brands with fundamentally different positioning: R.O.C.S. (premium oral care, high margins, pharmaceutical aesthetics), Splat (mass market, bright, accessible, wide shelf), BioMio (eco segment, minimalism, conscious consumption). They needed an external team capable of working at enterprise level: fast turnaround (from brief to final in 2–5 days), multiple stakeholders (brand managers, product managers, regional managers), strict adherence to each brand's guidelines, corporate approvals in 3–5 iterations, working with requirements from different markets (different languages, regulations, packaging sizes). Freelancers couldn't handle it: no context, no speed, no ability to parallelize tasks across three brands.
Worked in parallel with R.O.C.S., Splat and BioMio — each with its own tone of voice, color palette and rules. Developed key visuals for seasonal campaigns (New Year, International Women's Day, Back to School, summer promos), adapted for all channels and formats: from outdoor 6×3 to Instagram Stories 1080×1920. Switching between brands within one day — this requires deep knowledge of each brand, not just 'making it look nice'.
Package design for new SKUs (20+ items), updating existing lines during rebranding. POS materials: shelf talkers, wobblers, stands, promo displays, pallet layouts. Shelf design for national retail chains (Magnit, Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Lenta) — each chain with its own format and size requirements. Package adaptation for international markets: English, German, Arabic — considering regulatory requirements of each country.
Full digital cycle: performance creatives for VK, Yandex.Direct and Google Ads (20–30 creative variants per campaign for A/B tests), SMM content for three accounts in parallel (posts, stories, reels, carousels), promo landing pages for promotions and new products, email templates for CRM campaigns. Fast cycle: from brief to final material in 2–5 days. Total during the engagement: 500+ unique design units created.
Full integration into Splat Global's corporate structure: regular calls (3–5 per week), working through corporate task tracker (Asana), approvals with brand managers, product managers and regional directors (3–5 rounds of iterations per material). Strict adherence to each brand's guidelines — we knew the guidelines better than many internal employees. Stable partnership for 2+ years — not a single missed deadline.
