3%
revenue share

Full-cycle marketing for 3% of revenue: from zero to a steady flow of orders in Chicago

Revenue-share partnership with a premium kitchen and cabinet manufacturer in Chicago (average ticket $15–40K). We built all marketing from absolute zero — from Google Ads and SEO to direct mail and interior designer partnerships. Working for 3% of revenue instead of a fixed retainer — we earn only when the client earns.

Active work from Q3 2024 — ongoingRevenue share: 3% of closed deals. We invest our time and expertise; client pays only the ad budget directly to Google. Full alignment of interests — we're focused not on clicks, but on signed contracts.
BEFORE

Zero online presence. Clients only through word of mouth. No ads, no SEO, no CRM. No understanding of where clients come from or what a lead costs.

CHALLENGE

AK Cabinet Craft — a family-owned manufacturer of custom kitchens, cabinets and wardrobes in Chicago. Average ticket $15K–$40K, sales cycle 2–8 weeks from first call to signing. Before us, clients came only through word of mouth and contractor referrals — good, but unpredictable and unscalable. Zero online presence: Google shows competitors, Google Maps — 3 reviews, not a single ad campaign. CRM — an Excel spreadsheet. No understanding of customer acquisition cost, no funnel, no follow-up system. No budget for a large retainer ($5–10K/mo) — everything goes to production. We proposed a model where our income is tied to results.

WHAT WE DID
01

Revenue Share model (3%) — our interests = yours

Instead of fixed $5–10K/mo — 3% of every closed deal. Client pays only Google ad budget directly. We invest 40–60 hours per month of our work. This means: we don't chase clicks or leads — we optimize for actual signed contracts. If the client doesn't earn — we don't earn. Full transparency: client sees every lead, every call, every deal in CRM.

02

Google Ads + Local Services Ads: targeted lead gen

Launched Search campaigns on high-intent keywords: 'custom kitchen cabinets Chicago', 'cabinet refacing near me', 'kitchen remodel Naperville'. Local Services Ads for immediate calls. Geo-targeting affluent suburbs: Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Winnetka, Lake Forest. Negative keywords cutting out DIY queries and non-target areas. Constant optimization: weekly analysis of quality score, bids, extensions. Goal — not maximum clicks, but maximum qualified estimates.

03

SEO + Google Business Profile: long-term channel

Full Google Business Profile optimization: weekly posts with real project photos (before/after), responding to all reviews, adding services and attributes. SEO: technical audit and fixing all errors, creating 15+ location pages for Chicago suburbs (each area — a separate page), blog with kitchen renovation guides and cost calculators. Schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, HowTo). Goal — dominate the Local Pack in every target area.

04

HubSpot CRM + Email + Offline channels

Implemented HubSpot with custom pipeline: Lead → Estimate Scheduled → Estimate Done → Proposal Sent → Signed → In Production → Completed. Automated follow-up sequences: if a client received an estimate but didn't sign — a series of 5 emails over 30 days with case studies and reviews. Lead scoring by budget, area and project type. Offline: direct mail postcards to target zip codes (affluent Chicago suburbs), partnership program with interior designers and general contractors — referral commission for every brought client.
